Ok, in the good movies thread we talk about our missed oppurtunties in the theater.  How about movies you did show up for but felt you wasted your time seeing.

Big one for me was Titanic.  I honestly would have walked out if I didn't want to see how they would pull off the boat sinking special effects wise.   I think I wanted to see something else that day but skipped out on it.

Others for me include...Sweet Home Alabama (the wife dragged me), The Mask, American Pie 2, Batman And Robin.  Theres more but those are the first I can think of.

I went with my brothers to see Billy Madison.  I left early partly because I had to p**s, partly because it was so damn awful.  There was still like 20 minutes of the movie left but I didn't go back.

Thank you....OH MY GOD, thank you!!!  Everyone I talk to seems to think I'm a mutant for disliking this film.

No prob.  Holy freakin' God, it was bad.  If you were a grade-schooler or your cranial mass was the equivalent of boiled spinach, then it might be up your alley.

Bats~ We walked out

Shadowlands~ It may sound awful but my husband and I were actually saying to each other I wish she would  hurry up and die already! It was so long and boring.

Pokemon~ My daughter who was 4 at the time wanted to see this and it was a huge mistake. There is a part where you think Ash dies and Pikachu  is doing his Pikachu thing and crying and all of a sudden my daughter jumps up and yells, I hate this stupid movie! and runs out of the theater. We didnt go back in and finish it.  Lookingup

Hey, I was only 5 years old. My mom took me to see (have no idea why!?), but it was soooo boring. Just people in red sweater uniform talking, then those same people out in the snow, with rags on.....talking! Arrgh!

This is one I lump into the "did I see that in the theater or not" file.  I hope I didn't.

I never wanted to just get up & leave during a movie - but I should've with that one.
