Well, I'm going in for hernia surgery tomorrow, so I probably won't post anything tomorrow.  Hopefully I'll be back in full swing by Friday.

It's not painful (though it occasionally aches a little), but it's something I want to take care of right away before it gets worse.

The hernia is on both sides, so I'm having lacroscopic surgery.  They will cut two tiny holes in my abdomen, then insert a mesh to reinforce my abdominal wall.

Anyone here had hernia surgery before?

Good luck Rev!  I'm sure it will turn out just fine.  I'm certain they only find 46 year old babies in a TINY percentage of patients  TeddyR

Rev, I had the surgery about 6 years ago. If it was like mine (inguinal/surgical), don't plan on doing anything over the weekend. And take the painkillers that they give you.

Good Luck! Drink
