Could someone please help me remember the name of this movie?  It's an underground martial arts movie similar to Bloodsport or Kickboxer.  I remember that in the final fight the fighters dip their hands into some sort of broken glass or metal and the good guy punches the bad guy in the testicles and wins the fight.  Does anybody know what this movie is?
