Iowa City is about a 20 minute drive south of where I live.
Lately it's getting worse down there with all kinds of robberies, thefts, and weirdos walking around.

Imagine just standing there minding your own business and then someone walks up to you and does that.
There are some real freaks roaming the streets these days.
