Can someone help me remember

Circa 1986 I saw a black and white movie that I am trying to find without the title only some funny lines.. "Paging Private Parts...Paging Private Parts.  Also "Oinke Boinke Buddy. Go back to Boise Buddy"

Would anyone know what this movie was called?

I do not remember those lines, but perhaps "The Producers" (1968) by Mel Brooks.  He tended toward humor like that.
