Have you ever tried to impress someone and failed miserably?  I was thinking today of this time (and I’m not making this up for Doggett’s jealousy) I tried to impress a girl with my brother’s autographed picture of Elvira in high school.  Her and her friends kind of said, “who is that” and wrinkled their noses at it.  I walked away dejected and rather embarrassed.

So…where have you failed in your life in this topic?

In high school, I was trying to impress some girls with my cricket batting technique and got hit in the balls by a fast ball. I wasn't wearing a cup or box. Needless to say, me walking around bent double in agony and screaming in a voice only dogs could hear, failed to impress anyone.  Buggedout Buggedout

I once tried to impress some people at my old job by eating the head of a giant raw tuna. (I have a habit of doing retarded or gross things around groups of people) I got it halfway in when one of it's eye popped out in my mouth, and the other end broke off the damn thing. I then proceed to spit out the head, followed by a mass of vomit all over myself.  Twirling

wasn't really trying to impress anyone when this happen but I did happen to barf on James Doohan (Scotty from Star Trek: The Original Series for those of you who don't know who he is.). He was at a radio station and was signing autographs as a promotion for the station. I showed up drunk and had eaten a really greasy breakfast. Needless to say it did not go well. To make matter worse, my older brother, who was also drunk, had went inside the radio station to find a restroom and peed on a fake ficus tree in their lobby. We had to leave rather fast since they called the police.

My biggest rule: Never wear a "Free Tibet" t-shirt to a party without reading up on the chinese occupation and Dali Lama.   I looked a right idiot.

When I was about 6 years old I was trying to be a "big brother" and impress my younger sister by showing her the proper way to jump out of a tree without getting hurt.  I landed on my wrist, fractured it, and ended up spending the afternoon in the emergency room.
