Sci fi movie

I remember a movies I saw whwn I was a kid, trying to recall the title... I remember there being a female android that got injured, and a guy causing it to self destruct, which made it melt... he drove a kind of armored vehicle... and I think the bad guy name was Mcnabb, or sometinhg like that....

Any ideas?

I'm fairly sure it was Spacehunter: Adventures in the Forbidden Zone.
