Holy crap!  She was so young and a pretty good actress!  2009 just wasn't the year for celebrities.

We live in quite an interesting age. You can tell someone's sexual orientation and level of education from just their interests.

This is very sad news because she was one of my favorite actresses.
She was incredibly talented.
I had noticed that she hadn't been in many movies lately.

From what I've read, she was something like 90 pounds and was rumored to have serious anorexia.
(not 100% on that)

I'll always remember her as the voice of Luanne on King of the Hill.

R.I.P. Brittany.   :bluesad:

While I didn't like a lot of her movies, I thought she was always interesting to watch as an actor.

Very sad to hear about this.  Sweet dreams, Brittany.

Im still in denial about this one...it just doesn't seem right. Maybe '09 really was the celebrity apocalypse (how depressing)!!

There's no worse feeling than that millisecond you're sure you are going to die after leaning your chair back a little too far~ ruminations

I'm wondering if this very early heart attack was caused by her ongoing drug habit. It's really a shame. From all of the interviews I had read of hers she seemed like a genuinely kind soul and was a very pretty woman as well.    When she had a good script, she was a good actress as well.

R.I.P. Mrs. Murphy.

Good night, Brittany, it wasn't supposed to end this way.

News of this made me feel a bit more sad than I would've thought.  I haven't seen too many films that she's in, and I'm pretty sure I didn't care for most of 'em, but she was a charming actress.  I'm annoyed that there are so many distasteful comments that are popping up online.  I don't get it.

I remember watching Brittany when she was younger doing guest shots on tv shows on the three networks like Nash Bridges,Sister Sister, and others. I also think was good in The Torkelsons spin off Almost Home. Now every time I see Drive, Just Married, and Sin City it gonna be sad that we lost a beautiful actress and singer at a very young age. :bluesad:
