ICE to meet you!

Okay, I'm BACK! Sorry I've been away for so long, but I have returned! I missed being regular in the badmovies forum, and for now I cannot wait to bask in the warm glow of my fellow b-movie fans. I just finished my 365 movie a day project, Cinematronica, and feel much the better for it. I think I am much more knowledgeable now about the wonderful world of film, all the good and the bad, and why they are one or the other. I think it was a great experience, and I liked it so much I'll be doing it permanently on a .com website instead of a blog, but for a little while I think I'll rest. If anyone is interested in one person's attempt to tackle a movie review every single day, watching everything from Citizen Kane to Gigli, from Baraka to I Know Who Killed Me. I've seen it all, and if you're interested, I have a few choice words for them all at Cinematronica!

Come on down to www.cinematronica.wordpress.com!!!

Recommended to browse the site.  I remember when R-B-S announced the project I thought it was too ambitious; reviewing 365 movies in 365 days is a tough order, and I thought he would be getting in over his head.  He proved me wrong, and wrote some fine reviews along the way.

"The best parts are watching Sly go through the full range of emotions: deadpan, deadpan with raised eyebrow, deadpan with quivering lip. There's also a great sequence where Sly drives his VW Beetle down the interstate for about 20 minutes, staring dramatically through the windshield.."-Joe Bob on A MAN CALLED RAMBO

Earth is visited by a GIANT ANTIMATTER SPACE BUZZARD! Gawk at the amazingly bad bird puppet, or chuckle over the silly dialog. This is one of the greatest b-movies ever made.
