After reading a recent web review of "L'Anticristo," if you could be seduced by any film character, whom would it be, and where would they seduce you? Here are my eight.

L'Anticristo (1971)
Victim (myself): the German exchange student
Where: the Coliseum in Rome
Seducer: Ippolita (Carla Gravina)
Result: With her hand there, I'd follow her anywhere. (Neck broken)

Vampire Circus (1971)
Victim (myself): one of the two young boys
Where: the circus' Hall of Mirrors
Seducer: brother and sister vampires
Result: Oh, that was a good one. (Bled to death)

Private Lessons (1981)
Victim (myself): Phillip
Where: in the tub
Seducer: Nicole the maid (Sylvia Kristal)
Result: Take 'em off? Yes, if you'll take 'em off me yourself. (Survived)

Fright Night (1985)
Victim (myself): Edward "Evil Ed" Thompson
Where: a dark alley
Seducer: Jerry (Chris Sarandon) the local vampire
Result: Another good one. (Impaled)

Heathers (1988)
Victim (myself): Kurt
Where: in the woods behind the school
Seducer: Veronica (Winona Ryder)
Result: If I take all my clothes off the fastest, can I go first? (Shot)

Lair of the White Worm (1988)
Victim (myself): a boy scout called Kevin
Where: in her Jaq or in her parlor or in her bathtub. It doesn't matter to me.
Seducer: Lady Sylvia Marsh (Amanda Donohoe)
Result: Sex will never get any better than that. (Drowned)

Devil in the Flesh (1998)
Victim (myself): a schoolboy
Where: in her attic
Seducer: Debbie (Rose McGowan)
Result: But, I don't look good dead in a dress. (Stabbed)

Cruel Intentions 2 (2000)
Victim (myself): Sebastian
Where: in the shower
Seducer: "The Kissin' Cousins" Gretchen (Annie Sorell) and Sarah (Alicia Sorell)
Result: Let the game of ringtoss commence. (Survived)

Surprisingly enough, except for the vampiress and "The Kissin' Cousins," I don't remember any of the women being that attractive, but they all had sex appeal in spades.

I'd let Marianne Morris and Anulka have their way with me like they did the lucky chaps in VAMPYRES.

(picture from Andrew's review)

Just skip the knife bit... it's all good fun up until then.

If one is familiar with the films I listed, there are four notable facts about them.

(1) And I don't know whether this holds true for real life, but . . .
If the young men/boys in the films listed choose the women/girls for their sex appeal, then what do the women/girls choose the young men/boys for . . . It's not their sex appeal. It is looks. The young men/boys in the films, for the most part,  are as "pretty" or even "prettier" than the women/girls in the same films.

(2) 1971 was a significant year for films. We know that seductions sometimes end fatally, especially in horror films (i.e. 1922's "Nosferatu.") We know that children sometimes die in horror films (i.e. 1931's "Frankenstein.") But, until 1971, all the victims of fatal seduction were adult. Beginning in 1971, some of the victims of fatal seduction began to be "children," and I use that term in its broadest sense. And this trend continues up to last year's "Jennifer's Body."

(3) Again, I don't know whether this is true in real life, but . . .
in films, boys are seen to be more vulnerable to such seductions than girls.

(4) All six victims died by a different means.

I know that she's actually in her seventies but I have always had a thing for older women and Joan Collins always makes me giddy.

Seduced by: her
Looking like: this
Wearing: I want her, not her clothes, but this is fine ~ the fur isn't, though.
