Sorry, Russell: I checked the site and the only truly international Debonairs pizza franchise is in the United Arab Emirates.  Smile

Frankie's Chicago Style Pizza in Chanhassen Mineesota.

Trust me, there's like two pounds of mozarella in that thing, and the tomato sauce is to die for.

EXTREMELY LOUD TUMMY RUMBLES. Wow, that crust looks delicious and I would guess it was made in a proper pizza oven.  Smile

I don't eat pizza that much anymore thanks to my wife wearing me out on it.  However whenever I go back home I enjoy pizza from a place called Pizza Corner.  They serve up pizza Greek style and the dough is wonderfully crisp.  Mainstream wise I kind of stick to Papa Ginos although Pizza Hut is good once and awhile.

Anyone try to "new" Dominos.  I always hated Dominos pizza because of their sauce tasting like ketchup.  I did dig their Philly Cheesesteak pizza though.

The best pizza I ever remember having was at a place called VILLA SORRENTO when I was about 10 years old.  You could order pizza with extra cheese or double cheese.  We got the double cheese pizza and I couldn't believe how much cheese was on it.  Delicious!  Unfortunately, that place has been closed for many year.

I have also enjoyed pizza from:

* The original Pizzaria Regina in the Italian North End of Boston.
* Prince Pizza (formerly the Leaning Tower of Pizza) in Saugus, Massachusetts.  I love the extra cheese, pepperoni, and black olive combo.
* Two places in Brazil.  One is called Pizzarella, which has an amazing 4-cheese pizza (no tomato sauce).  I can't remember the name of the other place, but they had an "all you can eat" deal where they keep bringing trays of various types of pizza around to the tables and you can take slices of whichever ones you want.  There was one that had some sort of tender, juicy shredded beef on it that was unbelievably good.

Metro Pizza in Las Vegas.

If you get the chance, try their Four Corners pizza with the thick crust.

the town I live in is for some reason some sort of mecca for that new school brick oven type pizza.  We have stone hearth pizza, bertuccia, sweet tomatoes as well as other sort of fancy pants italian resterants.  and only the most bedraggled awful chinese and mexican.  I think the mafia runs this town

I should point out too I'm a huge fan of Bertucci's brick over pizza.

It's been 13 years since I had a good Chicago style deep dish pizza. Don't recall the name of the place but it was in Chicago where I got it. Where I live all we got is Pzza Hut, Domino's, Papa John's, and a few local places. None are great and not a one of them are even in the parking lot outside the ballpark that Chicago deep dish pizza is in.

I tried it.  They did good on the sauce. The cheese mix is good as well, but they put too little on it. But the crust...it still sucks. But in a different way.  They have a tolerable crust that they coat with this garlicky-salty seasoning mix and then bathe it in some butter-like substance. The stuff flakes off onto your hand and you'll be wiping your hands off constantly, plus the smell sticks to your skin worse than fish odor.  If I could order it without the outer ring of crust, I'd be tempted. But I'm done with Dominos.
