The odd thing is that the director slot doesn't read "Uwe Boll". It's somewhat odd seeing the film doesn't involve the king of crap himself. Why wouldn't Uwe Boll be in it? Considering that it's the sequel to a film that tanked and in relation to a dieing game series why wouldn't the master of German tax loop holes jump on a bad investment?

For those who don't know (And considering the nature of this website I don't think many of you wouldn't know) Uwe Boll abuses a German tax loophole that allows him to get money off of failed investments in the film industry. Meaning that he probably produces garbage intentionally to make money off of the Germans. Despicable. If many people see his film, he gets money, if he spends little money on purpose and lets a cheap piece of cinematic garbage into the theaters that no one would dare see, he gets money still! He is a leech on the film industry and on the German government!

Dieses ist, wohin Ihr Steuergeld geht.

I didn't realize the first made enough money to warrant a sequel. It's too bad really since I did use to like the games back in the day.

Thing is that loophole doesn't exist anymore (hasn't for a year or two) yet he still somehow manages to get investors...

Wait, they couldn't get Christian Slater to reprise his role for the sequel?  Wow, he must have to do laundry that day or something...

I think Slater died at the end of the first one. They make a quick rip-off of Evil Dead and cut to black.
