Ah, a topic after my own heart; Forbidden Zone never fails to take me to my happy place, and Freaked is also lots of fun. A few more that might help you get your fix:

Jacob's Ladder. Not a comedy, but plenty weird.
Shakes the Clown. The reason we don't see Bobcat Goldthwaite in front of the cameras any more.
For Your Height Only. Midget Phillipino super spy. Need I say more?
Jesus Christ Vampire Hunter. No explanation needed.

And yet more that don't measure up to the enjoyable weirdness above, but that might meet your needs:

The Dark Backward. I don't really like this one, but it is definitely weird.
Naked Lunch. Typewriter insects and other anomalies.
Barbarella. One of two Jane Fonda movies I'll voluntarily watch (the other being Cat Ballou).

Ok, i looked int these.
Jacob's Lader seems too dramatic.
I OWN JC vamp hunter, and its ok, but its one of those movies that suffers from "the title is weirder than the film itself" syndrome.

I've heard of For Your Hight Only. It seems cool, ill check it out.
Shakes the clown seems ok, Ill check it out just because I really dig all those wierd comedies that came out in the early 90s.
Dark Backward seems pretty strange, but something tells me it has a lot of borring parts.
Naked Lunch......eh, looks kinda weird, but its no Forbidden Zone.
Barbarella just duzznt seem to apeal to me.

Weird movies?  I have nothing to say on the subject.   Bluesad

Well, I would recommend PHANTASM as exactly the kind of thing you're looking for... except I know you hated it, which makes it tough to predict what you might like.

Here's some weird stuff I covered (skipping the really obvious) that's B-movie related and no too artsy-fartsy (you can watch trailers/clips on some of these):

Blood Diner - like a Troma movie but the insanity is mostly unintentional
The Dark Backward - recommended if you like early John Waters
Ink - if you like Terry Gilliam fantasies
Lair of the White Worm - Ken Russel's most "B-like" movie: if you like also see GOTHIC & (especially) THE DEVILS

I also have a separate B-movie category, though I admit I'm not very careful about tagging everything.

After you fall into this level of madness, it's the next level that's really fun.

Not sure if Hard Rock Zombies has shown  up on the suggestion list yet but I'd give it the big thumbs up.

Also check out The Devil's Sword.  Its a beyond odd Kung Fu flick.

Yeah, they took down the LotWW trailer for some reason and I haven't found anything to replace it with yet.  Need to get on that.  Andrew reviewed Lair of the White Worm too and didn't like it nearly as much as I did.  You can find a clip and more pics on his review page.

I've always thought movies like "Forbidden Zone", "Pink Flamingos" and "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" are Cult Movies made on Purpose, the director intent is to make these films a cult movie.

Cool World I'd assumed it a typical Exploitation film using the tech of Who Framed Roger Rabbit (1988) for an adult audience.

I stared watching Pink Flamingos this morning. I didnt get to finish it cuz i had to go to work, but from what ive seen so far, its not as weird as people say it is. Raunchy, yes. weird, no.

It gets a little weirder near the end.  And Egg Lady is pretty weird (and disgusting).
