It was shown in Berlin with the extra 30 mins previously thought to be lost. Hopefully a widespread DVD is not far away.

I'm happy to hear but I'm a little confused... I remember hearing the orginal version something like 6 hours long... was that true?

Great news! I just wish Uncle Forry was around to see it.He was a big fan of METROPOLIS. I'm sure he'll see it anyway. I'm a big beleiever in Heaven. With a big old movie screen that has velvet curtains and nice red leather seats.
