Waiting for the predicted thunder storms to roll in so I can run outside and bring in 15 horses all by myself - dodging lightning and getting soaked. (Now, there is the definition of stupid!  Lookingup)

Why are you waiting for the storm before you bring the horses in?

Mostly because I want to maximise the time they spend outside, eating up the hay that is already out there (and will get spoiled by the rain so I'd rather they eat it now), and minimise the time they spend indoors, messing up the stalls (which costs me time and money) and getting bored (their idea of entertaining themselves can be...destructive).  The weather forecasts have been notoriously incorrect so I have got into the habit of gambling that the rain won't arrive but this time it looks like a sure thing - it's just a matter of the timing. So I tend to dash out when I know it is definitely coming on - and I usually cut it a bit close.

Watching the Exterminator. Just are some ice cream and a s**tload of Chinese food. Where I live it's 3 o'clock at night, should I still watch the Collector as planned?

I am about to watch Scream with my dad. We like to watch lots of movies together. There are 3 problems with this:

1. He either over-thinks or under-thinks the movie. He will look for symbolism/meaning that is not there or he will completely miss the point of the movie.

2. He never stops talking about how unrealistic it is. This is okay sometimes, but usually not. True example: We watched The Terminator and he would not stop obsessing over how unlikely it would be for Sarah Connor to survive the whole ordeal.

3. He never waits even for a few minutes for things to be clarified. He is ALWAYS asking questions. This makes him miss the film and understand it even less.

Getting ready to go pick up the oranges and other stuff the recent winds knocked down and then pick up the little gifts the pooches left in the yard.
