Mourning opportunities missed and roads not taken.  I was informed of the sudden death of a friend from university last night.  Also beating myself for not having what it takes to stay on top of things and keep in touch.

Bluesad Sorry to hear that, Newt.

A good bad movie is like popcorn for the soul!

Condolences, Newt.

I visited a dear friend yesterday evening whose brother is on his death bed.  You could see the exhaustion and grief in every line of his face.  Don't be too hard on yourself.  Life is too short not to be lived.

Hope you had a good birthday, WS. No cake from my side (it would be flat by the time it got to you) but have some birthday karma on me.

I'm currently seeing how many 35mm prints of The Gods Must Be Crazy we have here: four so far and counting.  Smile

I'm watching Nine.

A really dull musical. I feel like I've been watching it for hours and I'm only 53mins in.

Update:  Now I'm trying to decide if I should buy the Alien Quadrilogy or not.  I LOVE those movies (well, love the first two, the third is pretty good too.  I'll end there), but I've seen them so many times I've pretty much memorized all the dialogue.

Ahhhhh...now I'm all confused.  I hate decisions.   Bluesad
