Just got up, got the cat all situated with some catnip, fresh food and water, and put his chair in front of the back door so he can check out what's going on back there.  Then I got meowed at because I hadn't cracked the window open for him.

Maybe we should report it to the police?
No that's out of the question.  A police investigation would give us a bad name.

I actually wish it was morning here: it's 15h36.  TeddyR

My regards to Bug, Newt.  Wink

I find I'm so excited that I can barely sit still or hold a thought in my head. I think it's the excitement only a free man can feel. A free man at a start of a long journey whose conclusion is uncertain. I hope I can make it across the border. I hope to see my friend and shake his hand. I hope the Pacific is as blue as it has been in my dreams. I hope.

Kinda wishing I had a cat after reading Jack's post. Sadly, I have relatives allergic who visit quite often so I really can't.

I'm dreaming of a white Christmas, just like the ones I used to know.

Making crêpes for dinner (seafood/hollandaise and asparagus/havarti; strawberry/cream for dessert), dong my bit to polish off a large bottle of a decent riesling and listening to Beatles love songs.  It is Valentine's Day.   Thumbup

GARBAGE DAY!

« Reply #2429 on: February 16, 2012, 04:25:03 PM »

Waiting for the guys from the Aqua Care company to finish installing my new water pump for my hot tub so it won't leak no more.
Also hoping the plumber will call me back and we can schedule a time for him to come over and hopefully unclog my water pipes so the water will flow faster out of the bathroom sinks and shower.
Lastly, enjoying the fact that I called in sick today so I could get this all done.
