I just advocated a campaign to economically attack alabama for it's anti abortion bill which it admits is illegal and is an open assault on freedom of choice.  I' m calling for big blue states to stop buying goods form alabama and since alabama's biggest export is crushed stone and sand, for blue states to subsidize exporters of crushed stone and sand in them in order to let them undersell any company in alabama on them.

Yes, I'm calling for total economic war against alabama. I want to see blue states with strong economic use their economic might to attack alabama and basically crush it's economy. If that bunch of talibaptists want to declare war on the right to choose in america the left should declare war on them.

Maybge if california, new york and a few other big blue states with better economies than alabama decided to systematically reduce alabam to an economic wasteland it might make those y'all Queda types think twice before declaring another war on other people's rights.

I'm starting a facebook campaigh to get people to take this idea and run with it.

Getting ready for work and trying to find my spare glasses while watching the latest brexit news and the collapse of British Steel (with brexit they haven't been getting european business, while trump's tariffs on China mean that cheap Chinese steal has been flooding into the european market instead of the US).

Sitting in an apartment in Newark, NJ, bemoaning my lost phone and wondering how I'm going to get to the airport for my flight home. Fortunately I have 24 hours to figure it out.

Best of luck Rev, hope you get reunited with your phone.

Currently sitting in the office having a good laugh after winding up one of my workmates (I'll give details later when I get home).

Waiting for potatoes to roast in the oven. Still got 20 minutes (from one hour roasting) left.

Phone last detected at a Mexican food restaurant about 50 miles away before the battery died. I think it's gone. About to walk to a nearby McDonald's for lunch and hopefully find a grocery store in this slightly run-down neighborhood.

Public holiday today and next Wednesday too for voting.

Well, South Africa is ahead of the U.S. on this. While there has been some talk of making Election Day in the U.S., a nationwide holiday, that is all it has been so forth, for most of the U.S. Though, there are some parts of the U.S. that have made it a civic holiday. One of the reasons given to make it a holiday is to increase voter turnout? How about South Africa, Trevor? Has voter turnout increased, since voting was made a holiday?

I'm sitting at my desktop trying to hold in a massive fart because my cat is sitting in my lap and if I let this monster rip he'll bolt out of my lap using his claws for traction.
