Okay this has been killing me. When I was younger, I watched a scary movie (at the time) with my grandfather and I want to know what the movie was called. All I can remember from the movie is one part.

It was towards the end (I believe) and it involved a female character getting into the shower. There was a younger male teenager with her in the house and I think he was her son, brother or teenager she looked after in the movie. Well the boy went to do something in the house while she was in the shower and after awhile went to check on her because she was in the shower a long time. He couldn't find her in the shower and looked around the house. I think he went into the kitchen and there she was lying on the kitchen table with green slime/goop covering her, being eaten by these little monsters. The End? From what i remember the monsters ate the people covered in green slime. Any ideas as to what the movie is called?

No, not quite. The boy was older, possibly a teenager. There were other characters too, but towards the end they started to get pick off. I also remembered that the reason the guy and woman went home or wherever she was taking a shower, was because they thought all the little monsters were dead. But, I guess they weren't, because the lady gets eaten. Anyone else with any ideas?

Strange, because besides your conviction that the boy is a teenager, what you describe exactly matches "Troll 2."

Agree with the Troll comparisons.

Immediate thought is that the original poster is confusing movies with Phantasm II perhaps?

I looked at Troll 2 and it does fit my description pretty well, it's just not what I had as the picture in my mind. Were there any remakes of this movie...or any similar movies?
