It's a long way off (Bluesad) but in September I have plans to attend 2 different horror conventions: http://www.horrorfindweekend.com/

and http://www.monstermania.net/

I have been to Horrorfind weekend once before, but have never been to a convention otherwise.  I'm really excited!

By the way at Horrorfind, Bruce Campbell is appearing! He is also going to help judge a costume contest!   I'm also thrilled because Dick Miller is appearing at Horrorfind as well!

Does anybody plan on going to either one of these conventions? Or has anybody already been?  I think Saucerman went to Monster Mania in New Jersey. Horrorfind will be in Gettysburg, PA and Monster Mania will be at Horrorfind's old location in Hunt Valley, MD.

I'm so excited!!

Just found out some disappointing news: Bruce Campbell will most likely not be having an open signing for autographs due to his busy schedule.  He will be auctioning off items for charity, hosting a costume contest, and having a Q & A. He might have an autograph session but it seems doubtful.  Bluesad Oh well, I've heard the lines are usually a few hours long and that he limits himself to 400 autographs a day usually anyway.

I can't wait for September to get here!!!  A few minutes ago three new guests were announced for Horrorfind Weekend:  Adrienne Barbeau, Meg Foster, and Dee Wallace!

I'm so thrilled for the first 2!   I am going to have Adrienne sign my Creepshow DVD and I'm either going to buy a poster or DVD of They Live for Meg.

Also at Monster Mania there is going to be a Nightmare On Elm Street Part 3: Dream Warriors reunion! I am super excited about this!

I have been saving money since mid-March for these conventions and will continue to do so. I even decided not to go to Prom to save money. I'm not into that sort of thing anyway.

Hurry up, September!!   TeddyR
