Everything you loved/hated about the Seventies in one TV movie - chintzy special effects, bad acting, melodrama and heavily made-up rockers!  And I haven't even gotten to the Seventies fashions!

You'll wanna read and respond all night!  Woo!

Hey Mr. Dope, I tried to comment on your latest post: "1985 was the WORST Year for Movies - Part One," but blogger hates me and repeatedly tells me I need to log in with my password even though I already have.  I either submitted my comment multiple times, or not at all, I can't tell which.  The essence of my comment was "When I read the title of your thread, I was going to mention GYMKATA to refute your theory, but never mind.  But what about RE-ANIMATOR, LIFEFORCE and RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD?  All in the same year, you've got to be kidding me!  1985 was B-movie heaven!"

Hey!

I got your comment; Blogger has its moments of lucidity, don't it?   BounceGiggle

As far as your choices, good movies no doubt, but they are also the pearls among the dung.  In short - There were some examples of good in 1985, but mor eoften than not the bad stuff reigned.  Just wait till the next post in that series!   Buggedout
