Hmm... what counts as recent?  These are from the past week:

GOZU (Takashi Miike, viewed Saturday)
MOTHER [MADEO] (Joon-ho Bong, viewed Tuesday)

Both Asian, I see, but that's a coincidence.  Or is it?

Well, let me check my spreadsheet. Last two movies I rated five stars were:

ROBOCOP
MOON

Robocop was, of course, fantastic. It was the second time I saw Moon, and I found it much more affecting on that viewing, which is saying something because I already thought it was excellent.

I've been trying to think of something to post here for days now, buy I'm afraid that "best" and "recently viewed" just don't go together in my case  Bluesad
