I think ~ having only ever seen one or two episodes ~ that we'll have a Sole Survivor thing on our hands. Meaning that no one actually survived the initial plane crash, they're all dead and they just don't know it.  Buggedout Buggedout

It's true. Not the ending I was hoping for but thematically it makes perfect sense.

Can't fault the writing, it is clear (in retrospect) that this was the end game from at least season 3 (maybe even further back).

That said the last 20min or so was very cheesy up until the very last scene which was cool. (i had speculated from the beginning that Vincent was 'the god figure' on the island, but then again i like dogs)

All in all, a little unstatisfying, but logically and literarily correct.
