The film's poster promises an unstoppable motorcycle-hurling monster, helpless submachine gun-wielding police, and buxom beauties screaming in terror at a primitive sexual predator that "breeds with anything."  As great as all that sounds, it's not the movie that I watched.  Not even close.

Thanks for the great review, Andrew: I just hope your good lady doesn't see the paragraph about how to take ladies apart.  Buggedout

The fact that this movie made it to screen at all explains why American Gladiators lasted three seasons.

You are right that your review makes the movie sound much for interesting than it really is.  The way you describe it makes me think of it has some sort of weird exploitation film with a very creepy bigfoot fetish.  Sadly, I have a feeling that there is an exploitation film out there with a bigfoot fetish.  It is a pretty weird world after all.

Oh yeah, you are right.  The movie poster looks way more interesting than the movie!

I must admit "Breeds with Anything" is one of my favorite tag lines of all mankind's history.

Great review of a really lousy movie, Andrew.

FUN FACT: This is possibly the worst movie in Doodles Weaver's career. Or not.

Then I take it "The Greatest Monster Since King Kong" on the poster, is just hyperbole.

Another great review Andrew  Thumbup  I like the girl in the green bikini.  I think I'll go with discretion being the better part of valor and NOT watch the whole movie just to see more of her though  TeddyR

It's not so much how to take ladies apart, as that you shouldn't try to fix them if anything is wrong.

The poster is one of my favorite b-movie posters.  If I ever start decorating my office with old b-movie posters, it's high on the list of ones to have.

Ah, memories!

My very first post at badmovies.org was correctly identifying RC Merchant's photo from THE GEEK for the 'Name That Movie' thread.

Somehow, I'm not surprised in the least bit that this movie exists... I've been hanging around here too long.

And here I thought you guys were going to bring up THE BEAUTIES AND THE BEAST.

Seriously, BIGFOOT (1970) is really boring... notable only for holding the title of having the most offspring of Robert Mitchum in one movie (Christopher and John are both in it... Dad must have been so proud!)

It took 40 years to bring this movie out of the swamp mire of secrecy. We must know more.

Knowing the longevity of these beasts, so they can take their procreating time, Now is the time for a sequel: Ugly Yeti vs Ugly Betty.  Lookingup

Wow. I rented this movie a long, long time ago, because it had a cool boxcover. It featured an obscure picture of a bigfoot with shiny evil eyes.  It was one of the biggest dissapointments in my life.  Smile
