Weird CiFi film

Hi everybody:


                      Im trying to find the title of a 80`s Cience Fiction film. The plot goes like this... A criminal aboards a spaceship and contemplates an alien invasion from space. After years in space he returns to earth and find it ruled by the aliens (some kind of hogs... very ugly)
                      He didn`t want to be the hero of the day but for one reason o other he and a girl starts a quest to overcome the aliens. Finally they allied with a motorcycle gang and discovered a DNA bomb to destroy them
                     One of the worest scenes: They are almost eated by mutant chamaleon while having sex

 Swear the film is real (not a bad dream)

               In fact Im not sure if it´s an 80´s film... maybe early 90´s. In spanish was traslated as "La Batalla por el Planeta Perdido" (Battle for the Lost Planet) a title too dramatic for such a bizarre plot. Is possible to hear a metal band in the ending, some W.A.S.P. like, don´t know.

                It also has some of the worst persecution scenes I ever seen: The "hero" is followed by a "alien plane". Suddenly another alien plane appears and both aliens fight each other for the "prize"... but one ship hits the other like a "car persecution scene". Really weird!!!!!! Finally, I think the aliens kill themselves.

Anyway, Im sure the original name is not "Battle for the Lost Planet"

I'd guess it's GALAXY [AKA GALAXY DESTROYER] (1986). The IMDB commenter describes the Earth being taken over by aliens that look like warthogs, and the Italian title is "La Battaglia del Pianeta perduto."  I haven't seen it and it looks like it went straight to VHS and has never been on DVD.
