It was probably made around 2000-2003, I saw it on Showtime around 2004.
It was a horror-type movie, but the main thing I remember was this girl in the silvery bodysuit. She looked extremely hot wearing it. She was kind of a psycho-chick.
I think she takes it off at one point, but she actually looked better up-top when she was wearing it, I think.
