Possible Cave Man Type of Movie...

This one popped into my head.  I remember a cave man type of movie (like "The Land/People That Time Forgot) and I remember our heroes coming across a valley were people were bathing in waterfall type of item that looked like big eggs.

Can't remember to much more about it.
