I find certain periods in history very interesting . . . I really enjoy stuff about the American West in the 1800s and early 1900s . . . lawmen and outlaws and all that stuff.  I also enjoy reading about the prohibition era . . . and the depression . . . and all the criminals who were wreaking havoc around that time.  I also find Europe in the Middle Ages to be interesting.  I don't read nearly enough history books, but when I do read them I usually enjoy them.

Yes.

Past.

Present.

And, hopefully, into the future.

While I majored in English literature while in college, I did take enough history courses to get a minor in world history.

James Burke puts out some interesting books and videos on how history and science intersect. The Day the Universe Changed is a fantastic mini-series.

Earth is visited by a GIANT ANTIMATTER SPACE BUZZARD! Gawk at the amazingly bad bird puppet, or chuckle over the silly dialog. This is one of the greatest b-movies ever made.
