Hey folks, how's it been going? I am back from a long absence; it's been a long damn time.  Last time I was posting frequently, I was unemployed and kinda lost in life. I'm proud to say that I've been working steady (and overtime) in a nice job for the last couple of years. That's pretty much the major reason for my lack of posting...that and my girlfriend keeps me pretty busy. So suffice to say, life's been pretty good.

So hello to any new posteres and hail to all the old posters. How's life been going?

Well, I've watched a s**t-ton of b-movies since my last review, and I've been itching to write some more. I have about quadroupled my movie collection and have some real winners to writer about. Some contenders: The Octagon, Elm Street 3, The Chinese Connection, Tourist Trap, and a rewrite of Cina O'Brien. Hard telling if I'll actually do all of these though.

Also, I've been thinking of the old Super Porcupine Omelet post from a few years ago and wondered if anyone would be interested in starting another interactive movie post?

So, nice to be back.

Good to see you back, although things have changed quite a bit since you last posted. RC, Menard and Mr. Briggs(Doc Daneeka now) are all MIA. But beyond that the regulars are still around and we've gained some new faces too. Good to have you back either way man!

It's always cool when someone comes back after a long absence and tells us things are going great.  Glad to hear it, Canary!  I hope you'll be able to find some time to chat with us every now and then.

And your probably going to have to explain the Super Porcupine Omelet thing to the new folks.  Wink

Welcome back, Clock!  TeddyR Cheers

I'm glad you're back because I was wondering if I should send my medical bill for Super Porcupine Omelet to both you and Mr Briggs or split it between you ~ that bill is now almost three years old. Remember that you guys had me as a TRex riding zombie and at the end of the script I had my legs crushed: plaintive cry of "What about my legs? Guys?" to everyone.

I still can't walk right............  Wink Wink

Seriously, welcome back.  Thumbup

Thanks everyone and nice to be back. Been busy reading up on reviews that I've gotten behind on. Hope all has been going well for all of you.

For thost unaware, Super Porcupine Omlette was an interactive thread where each person posts a paragraph (or four) of a story and the next person picks up and adds their own, and so on, introducing characters, advancing the plot, etc.

Trevor, since we left that open-ended, perhaps you'll be in the sequel (or prequel) where we explain what happens to you :)

I remembered last night that for some weird reason, I had Pennywise the Clown and Chuck Norris as my homeboys.  Question Question TeddyR

Hey there, Andrew! How's life been treating ya? Glad you're still keeping this place rockin!

Trekgeezer, I do have a FB account. You should be able to find me via clockworkcanary@hotmail.com.

Trevor, I was thinking for the next story (whenever that happens), perhaps your character can be the noble wise man type?
