80's movie - can you identify this film???

gonna find this a little hard to describe and i cant really remember much about the film at all.......all i can remember is a man who wears a black suite which could be a robotic suite, has lots of pipes going into it, the only other thing i can remember is towards the end of the film his face mask filling up with some sort of liquid!! cant rememeber if he dies etc....i know its not the wraith!!

The Vindicator

The suit is a robot body the hero's brain was put in after he died in a nuclear reactor accident.  At the end of the movie, he fights another cyborg like him and kills it by filling up its helmet with the liquid you mentioned.
