It's kinda hard to tell from this version, but it's about a bunch of grown men singing from the perspective of teenage girls.

It was somehow funnier when they were "Special Ed & The Shortbus", but there was nobody in the group named Ed, so they changed it to "The Hot Seats".  Twirling
