Need a little help with The Curse of Frankenstein

I'm told that I should pay especially close attention to Elizabeth when she comes to visit Victor in prison at the end.  I'm told that I'll notice something quite horrifying.

Well, I've gone over that part over and over and I can't see it.  I notice only two things: she's wearing heavy clothing when everyone else is dressed lightly and she doesn't speak.  (She's also got her arm in a sling but she was shot, so that shouldn't count.)  Can anyone help me out here?

I assume I'm looking for clues that she died when Victor shot her and that Krempe reanimated her but, if so, I'm missing it.
