Out of these 7 picks who is your favorite and why? Which movies do you prefer?

1 Vincent Price (my favorite) The Pit and the Pendulum. The House On Haunted Hill.
2 Boris Karloff - Abbott Costello Meet Dr. Jekyll Mr. Hyde. Looking for The Body Snatcher. (Thanks Jim H)
3 Bela Lugosi - Abbott Costello Meet Frankenstein.
4 Christopher Lee - Horror Of Dracula.
5 Lon Chaney Jr. - Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man. The Wolf Man.
6 Barbara Steele - The Pit and the Pendulum.
7 Peter Cushing - Horror Of Dracula.

I'm looking to watch some others. Suggestions are appreciated, thanks.

I think you're asking us to rank them, and say which is your favorite movie/performance by each of these actors?  If so

1. Boris Karloff: THE BODY SNATCHER.
2. Bela Lugosi: WHITE ZOMBIE
3. Vincent Price: THE WITCHFINDER GENERAL, but honorable mention for his comedic role in COMEDY OF TERRORS.
4. Barbara Steele: BLACK SUNDAY
5. Christopher Lee: THE WICKER MAN.
6. Lon Chaney Jr.: SPIDER BABY.  I don't think he's a very good actor, though.
7. Peter Cushing: Has never made much of an impression on me.  I can't say I really have a favorite with him in it.

Having just seen THEATER OF BLOOD for the first time since I was a kid, I think I need to make that Price's top performance.  He reads Shakespeare, does sly black comedy, and is as dapper and menacing as ever.  I'm still fond of the other two roles, though.

I shamefacedly admit that I'm not very familiar with the "classic" horoor stars as I'm sure many of you on this board are, so I have to pick Barbara Steele 'cause she was in Cronenberg's Shivers.
