King Kong Vs. Godzilla- the Combination of Japan's Giant (no pun intended) going up against the Eighth wonder of the World, you got my attention
some others:
Any Gamera movies from Gamera Vs. Barugon to Gamera Vs. Zigra; Godzilla Vs. Megalon, All Monsters Attack!, and  Godzilla: Final Wars.
yeah, I know the last two doesn't have Vs. in the title, but after viewing the movies, you can say that it's a good choice to have.

I'm a Godzilla diehard, I love em' except Godzilla's Revenge and The American retelling.

Gigan is my favorite villian, but I think my favorite is Godzilla vs. Biolante.

I voted for King Kong vs. Godzilla, Frankenstein Meets the Wolfman and other for Godzilla films like Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla (although I prefer Terror of Mechagodzilla naturally), Godzilla vs. Mothra, Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah, Godzilla vs. Destoroyah -- actually I pretty much like all the Godzilla kaiju films even the bad ones. Some of the Gamera monster battles are pretty darn cool too IMO.

I was shocked to see that TREVOR vs. UNDERPANTS wasn't on that list - that's been a lifelong battle.  Wink

That's a good one for the "Other, Please Specify" option.  Wink

I always wondered if Godzilla (Final Wars) could beat Kiryu (Tokyo S.O.S.) 1 on 1. NO outside help.

It would be an awesome battle!

Also... what would the battle be like if Godzilla (2000) fought the new Gamera?... Hmm.

The one I can't figure out is Ecks vs. Sever.  Not the plot, the title.  If you're going to use VS in the title, you have to have people (or things) that the audiance has heard of before.

Who are these Ecks and Sever people and why should I care that they're fighting?
At least in Joe vs the Volcano, I knew what I Volcano was and had a good idea who Joe was going to be.
