trying to identify film with trans europe express in it

hi, im trying to find a film or the name of the film.... it gos like this, there is a part where trans europe express by kraftwerk comes into the film........i am aware there is a ninja movie which also has this in it but it is not the same film....... the only info i have on the film is as follows........ it is maybe a combat movie or some contry with mercenaries, its an 80's film it has a scene where a man who seems lanky is walking with a straw basket with a shotgun in it and possibly wearing a fishing hat he kicks a door open and shoots a guy through the basket with the shotgun........ some dialogue i remmeber from the film is......."it was stupid of him to go into town alone" dont be an ass" and "that f**king bastards gonna pay" im not sure if these bits of dialogue are all around the same part of the movie or even if they are said by the same person or not.......... this is about all i can remmeber....... i think though there was a gang working for someone who was being tracked down for whatever reason im pretty sure it was combat related or in some country where organized gun crime was ok..... then again i might have dreamt it and non of is could exsist...... pease somebody help me, thanks.

But I think your movie is Swordfish.  IIRC, it used a remixed version of Trans-Europe Express (not the Kraftwerk original) in some scenes.
