Yeah, as I said it looks like the Hunger from Elder Scrolls 3 and 4.  The eyes resemble those of the Hulking Scalon from part 4 of the series. A Hulking Scalon is an aquatic humanoid reptile that has powers of invisibility.  And on that note, I forget which cheap SyFy movie it was, but they shamelessly ripped off the Scalon in one of it's movies.

I think Sea Beast is the one.  The look isn't exact but the idea and abilities are dead ringers.

I think that was the movie too. The creature was invisible at times and sometimes just showed his glowing eyes. 

That's SyFy for you though. A once great channel that has slowly gone south for years now.  If only Lord Sheogorath knew what SyFy was up to..

I'm curious myself.  He may laugh.  He did have the whole raining dogs in the city of cats thing.  However, I think he would laugh and then throw them to the Graymarch.  Nah, too simple.  Let them deal with getting through the gate.  I think we have a winner.
