Blood the last vampire (live action)

Finally got to see it, and I must say it is a bit of a disappointment. Now, I like movies abour young girls cutting up zombies/vampires/ninjas with swords, but even so this one does nothing for me. The live action adds nothing to the original anime, the action sequences are CGI-heavy and generally disappointing. There is a backstory involving classical Japan which is pretty pointless as well. Still, it is not too long.

I enjoyed some aspects of it, but not the film in general.  Too much CG action and blood, and the direction was dark and gritty in an overdone way.  Still, I've seen much worse.
