Man sitting on a hill with an axe in his head.

Hi, a friend on another forum needed help finding a movie, he only remembers 2 scenes and he think that the movie is from the 80's.

First scene he remember: A man is sitting on a hill with an axe in his head.

Second scene: A man that hangs himself or got hanged in a tent.

The movie is about a group of people who by some reason "transforms" into murders, one by one.

Sorta reminds me of the "sleeping bag over the campfire" scene from the start of the latest Friday the 13th movie....
