Every Thursday on TruTV they air a TV show called "Smoking Gun: World Dumbest _____".

Sometimes they do criminals, sometimes they do other things.
If you want to see some dumb criminals that's a good start.

I should warn you though. The comedians are B-list and some are a bit stale.
