Gremlins.  It holds more nostalgia for me as I saw it at an early age, (Scarred for life), and I just enjoy it more.  I still like Ghostbusters, but if both films were on TV at the same time, I would watch Gremlins. TeddyR

Ghostbusters although I loved Gremlins too (enough to own the novelization) but Ghostbusters just clicked with me for some reason...I loved both films and the cartoons.

I'm just a bit more partial to "Gremlins" but I love them both.

Loved them both, but Ghostbusters wins out for me.

Have any of you watched Gremlins recently?  I did and was totally horrified by how bad of a movie it is.  And I don't mean bad the way us bad movie fans like-just really cheesy and poorly written.  I loved it when it came out just like everyone else, but it just does not hold up over time like Ghostbusters does.

Ghostbusters for me. Mostly because it was one of the movies I watched a lot when I was younger. Also its a movie that almost everyone likes.
