A TOY ROBOT!!

Two Japanese guys see a Toy Robot and in fear jump out a window.

You might be thinking of Kentucky Fried Movie.  In the part where they spoof Enter The Dragon 2 guys are at a control room.  The Bruce Lee-ish hero puts a toy robot in the room (in a replica of the Enter the Dragon scene where Bruce puts a snake in the room) and 1 guy jumps out the window.  The other laughs and says "A toy robot?!" and the robot says, "EAT LEAD SUCKER!", and blows him away.

Ha ha, yeah!  I remember that one. The skit was called A Fistful Of Yen, and the Bruce Lee impersonator was Evan Kim, who later played Clint Eastwood's partner in The Dead Pool.  That was one funny skit!
