Never give up on love

My under post signature is a line from the movie Black Dynamite.  That movie makes me laugh until I can't breathe.   Thumbup

My under avatar line is from the Tori Amos song "Jackie's Strength" and I think it's to do with a woman trying to find her sense of self through the opinion of men instead of coming to terms with herself from her own idea of who and what she should be.

The line under my actual name a line from another Tori Amos song "Spark".  I believe this song is about when Tori had a miscarriage and how she felt like a failure as a woman because she couldn't succeed in the most basic of female functions, ie, having a baby.

I've been feeling sorry for myself lately, hence the negativity. But I will search right now for more positive things to say

I've ignored the signature function, which I should probably change.

I think I'm going to add "Every dead body that is not exterminated becomes one of them. It gets up and kills. The people it kills, get up and kill." That is perfect b-movie dialogue.

Either that or "Tenser, said the tensor. Tension, apprehension, and dissension have begun." (If you get that reference, you are a cool person.)

If you're wondering where the thing underneath my avatar came from, it's this:

slightly off topic but I've been wondering how do I add a signature and avatar?

At the top of the page is the heading "PROFILE". Click it-that will take you to your profile. To the left is a column of choices-Click "Forum Profile Information"-and wallah! You can upload a pic with the "browse" button from your pictures. Then scroll to the bottom-enter a signature or an image code for a gif, click the "CHANGE PROFILE" button-and there you be.

You don't wanna see what he did with it, RC!  Or maybe you do...

I'm honored....I think. Waitaminnite....I'm RC...I am RC. I AM RC? Of course I am.

The sig is bigger than the  post!!!  Buggedout

Mine is the closing thought in the Michael Weldon review of Andy Milligan's epic THE GHASTLEY ONES.

And it's true!

It's true!  Thumbup
