I want to be Ripley when I grow up.

It looks as though something went wrong when Mofo tried to give me karma - it ended up being four points all at once.  (I know I can be awesome, but I am assuming it should have been one!)  I know it's just karma, but it feels kinda funny not earning it legitimately, is all.

I was trying to give you karma for recognizing "The Demolished Man."

What happened is, as I was trying to fill in the explanation field, the page would automatically go through to the next page before I hit any buttons. I didn't notice that it had automatically applauded you until this morning.

It might have been a problem on my end. My computer had crashed when I tried to load it up this morning.

Also, I do think four karma is deserved for reading Alfred Bester.

I've received double karma twice, both times from DarkSider.

I thought he was given the ability to give out double karma because he was a B-Move Kraken. Guess I was wrong.

Thank you, Mofo Rising, for the explanation; I figured it was something like that.  I didn't want to just accept it and not acknowledge that it was excessive.

Back at ya on reading Bester!

Rev: in your case, from what I have seen I am sure you had it coming.  Sometimes karma is karma.  ;)
