I love slasher films, but there are so many films in this genre, that sometimes it's hard to pick a few to watch. So what are your most obscure favorites?  I'd like to watch three a night if possible.

I love Pieces (1982), Black Christmas (1974) and Deep Red (1975) but they are not "obscure" slashers... :)

Blood Rage is good for it's unintentional hilarity.

Sorority House Massacre 2:  Nighty Nightmare is a huge favorite of mine.  Just make sure to have a few beers before watching it - it kind of loses its charm when sober.

Slumber Party Massacre is another favorite.

I strongly second Just Before Dawn, though it's not all that obscure

The Maze (2010) is pretty damn effective for a newer slasher; it has some surprisingly creepy scenes

THOU SHALL NOT KILL -EXCEPT (1980) is bloody fun!

That's director Sam Raimi as the boobie grabbing hippie!

Mario Bava's BAY OF BLOOD (aka CARNAGE) (1971) was very much a gory percuser of the FRIDAY THE 13th films....and a lot better!

The most obscuree slasher movie I've ever seen is The Burning which features a young George Costanza. There is a great raft massacre scene that was done by Tom Savini.

The Prowler (aka Rosemary's Killer). Okay, so it's not very good and not very obscure, but it's a slasher movie.

Mother's Day (1980) - definately a slasher, but because of the violent rape aspect of it, it's also considered exploitation. Very bad movie but also a bit creepy because of that aspect.

Has anyone here watched or finished Killer Nerd?

I rented it years ago, and had to shut it off. It's pretty painful, but real masochists might enjoy this SOV POS

LAS VEGAS BLOODBATH (1989) is the most horrible slasher flick I've ever seen, quality and content-wise. A Jerry Seinfeld look-alike cuts his wife's head off and carries it around Vegas as he murders random lowlifes, prostitutes, and lady oil wrestlers. It has the double whammy of being incredibly dull AND containing some truly disgusting scenes.

If any movie ever deserved to be lost, this is it.

I did like the scene where a driver flips a bird and Not-Seinfeld shoots his middle finger off.

If you want to learn more about this one don't ask me, you can look it up for yourself.
