Maybe we can have regional parties all on the same day and patch everyone in using Skype or something.  It would be interesting because we would be in various time zones, so some of us might be drinking at 7:00 in the morning (which isn't a bad thing).

I can't think of anybody I WOULDN'T want to meet from this board. There are people that stand out for one reason or another, but I don't like to name them because I feel like I would leave somebody out or make somebody feel like I wouldn't want to meet them. I know that's not what was intended with the thread, just something I feel strongly about.

The only person on the board I have met in real life was Andrew. I was at B-Fest in 2002, I knew he attended, so I looked for the only military-looking guy in the room and said hello. It was very brief.

As for who I'd like to meet, I also couldn't pick just one, and I don't think I'll attempt a list, just in case I leave somebody out.

Geographically, Newt is the most convenient. But, in spite of having in-laws within half an hour of her, I still haven't managed to get over there.

As for an on-line get-together, I was experimenting with a pay-as-you-go streaming video service a while back, which seemed like a feasible way to watch a movie "together" if we used Skype to chat at the same time. Everybody who participates would need to chip in a buck or two per movie to cover the bandwidth. I never did get around to testing it, but if a few of you want to try it out, let me know.

Trevor, but geographically speaking, it's not like I'll be seeing him on a bus around Philly anytime soon.

AHD seems like he'd be a decent enough guy.

Jase and I would probably have some music and wrestling related things to discuss.

i'd like to meet pretty much everyone on the board. everyone has their own charms and my reasons for liking them. I'd really like for Killer Bees to teach me knitting; i think it's super cool and alas i can only crochet and badly at that.

I would have a hard time picking just one person to meet as well.  If I had to bite the bullet and pick one I would say Trevor.   He has a very kind nature, and isn't afraid to show affection for others.

Unlike Mark, who appears to be intent on sharing attention with everybody.  In person, I'd be worried that Mark would touch me.  As in touch me.

I hope Andrew would shake my hand.

I would most definitely shake your hand.

It's tough to name just one person but I'd love to meet many here...hard to name people because I'm afraid I'd leave someone out. Anyways it's be cool to meet up with:

RC - we have a lot in common actually in terms of taste in movies and music. I also love all of the art of his that I've seen.
Raffine - so knowledgable and also shares my love for old horror.
AHD- seems like he'd be a cool guy to chat with.
Darksider- a fun and funny guy seems like to me.
HappyGilmore, VenomX & Bob- we could probably go all day talking wrestling.. Actually me and VenomX could probaly discuss some kaiju too.
Doggett - seems pretty genuine and down to earth to me.
Newt, Killer Bees, Paquita, SisterGrace, Susan - the gals of the site who were always friendly and extra nice to everyone.
Trevor - seems like a sweet guy
AndyC- fellow Canadian, actually it would be cool to have some type of badmovies.org Canadian get together with Newt, SPazzo and whoever else.
JJ80- seems like a really good guy who also shares my love fo giant monsters.
Rev. Powell - he knows his movies.

Don't think it's real likely I'll meet anyone on here unless someone vacations down my way.
