Let me apologize in advance for the rather vague descriptions since this took place years ago as I was just walking by the tv when these clips were playing.

Anywho, the first one is a Horror Movie from 1970's (possibly early 80's but looked like 70's). There's a man trapped in a small, old, mausoleum (small in comparison to the huge ones like in Phantasm). Instead of people buried in wall units there are several tombs made of stone/cement built onto the floor.

While in there, some flying monster tries to get in by breaking through the windows/vents up toward the vaulted ceiling. The man finally escapes when a large hole is broken through the wall and he steps outside and through a hedgerow. That's all I remember.

The second one is an Action Movie from the early 1990's I believe,. It's even more vague here. There are a number of people, adventurer types, in an open field by a jungle. There's a rope bridge in the background when they start shooting at something, maybe a helicopter or soldiers up on a hill, and the one guy is shooting his Uzi from the hip. And, no, it wasn't Chuck Norris. I'm pretty sure the guy with the Uzi had dark hair and there was a woman with long dirty blonde hair behind him.Any of this sound familiar ? Thanks.

For your second one I really want to say Bird on a Wire (1990) http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0099141/  But I could be wrong...

Thanks for the responses so far. I'll check out Bird on a Wire to see if that's it, I actually never saw that movie but heard it was good.

The Gargoyles tv movie is so hard to find but I do want to watch it to see if that's it.I know I saw part of it when I was a kid. In the horror movie I'm looking for I seem to remember some flashes of light maybe when the creature was trying to break through the "windows" which I think were carved openings instead of glass.

Well, I rented "Bird on a Wire" from Netflix this week and that wasn't it. However, Lindsay Wagner kept coming to mind when I thought about the mystery action movie... which led me to a film called "High Risk". Though the scenes aren't exactly the same as I remember, I think what happened was a tv station was showing a quick "mash up" preview of different scenes ( as opposed to an actual movie trailer) when I walked by and saw it. There were Uzi's and Mac-10's used quite a bit in the movie, as well as a rope bridge, jungle, open field, etc.

So I have a enough confidence to call the action movie solved as : "High Risk".

But I'm still completely stumped about the Horror movie I'm looking for. Anyone, have any thoughts about that one ?

I think that High Risk may be your film.  Smile
