After 4 months of feeling depressed, sad and bewildered, I'm FINALLY feeling peaceful  Also, feeling less full as I make my way through my dinner (steamed fish with lemon, pepper and garlic, brussel sprouts and herbed bruschetta and a cup of lemon and ginger tea)  |
