I'm a slob of an eater. Although its embarrassing, I have no intentions of ever eating in a civilized manner because for me, its repulsively natural to shovel my food.  I'm constantly staining my clothes (the one huge drawback I honestly try to avoid) and my computer keyboard constantly has mountains of crumbs. My car often has lettuce or food item in it on the floor.  

Looking back, I think I got this from my father.  I remember him once buying a popcorn at some place and having staff follow him with a broom and dustpan.

Yeah, I have that same problem. I am getting better as it, but they are always there. I do try and literally blow the crums away whenever I notice some.

If I am eating something with any kind of sauce or condiment I will get exactly one drop on my shirt, right smack in the middle. If I cover my neck and chest with a napkin like an old-timey cartoon character that drop of mustard or barbecue sauce will somehow find its way to my shirt.

I have a whole drawer full of 'junk' t-shirts now good only for rags or wearing around the house with that greasy permanent spot in the middle of the chest.

Pretty neat eater.  Any crumb gets picked up immediately, and fingers get wiped off before I touch the keyboard.  I don't go overboard, like drinking beer out of a glass or crazy stuff like that though.

I'm not a sloppy eater when I'm around other people.  In fact, I'm overly cautious and tend to wipe my mouth quite frequently, even if there isn't any food on it.  When I'm alone, however, I'm not nearly as worried about how neat I am when I eat.
