June - CARS 2
July - a new WINNIE THE POOH theatrical feature.
August - THE HELP, drama about racial tensions in the south in the 1960s.
September - FRIGHT NIGHT.  Yep, the remake that has, or soon will have, half this board up in arms.
October - REAL STEEL.  Science fiction about 8 foot-tall robot gladiators socking it out.  Looks like an adaptation of the old "rock 'em sock 'em robots" toy.
November - a new MUPPETS movie.  The Muppets have all gone their separate ways, but reunite to stage a telethon to save the old Muppet Theater.
December - WAR HORSE, about the adventures of a British army horse in WWI.  Spielberg to direct.

None of these particularly appeal to me, though the Muppets one could work if done right.

The Muppets of course for me may be worth a theater viewing.

Yeah, the new Muppet movie is the the only thing that really leaps off that list for me too.

"Cars 2"
Seen the first one. So, this is a given.

"Winnie the Pooh" and "Muppets"
Seen all the "Winnie the Pooh" and "Muppets" films. So, they are a given.

"Fright Night"
Normally, I shy away from remakes, especially if I saw the original, as in this case, but I may see this one. If only to see how much it will suck compared to the original.

"Real Steel"
Maybe. I am glad to see that the filmmakers credit the idea of the film to an old episode of "The Twilight Zone." And hope springs eternal. There is already plans for a sequel "Real Steel 2" to be released to theaters in 2014.

Reel Steel is something I'll probably watch on dvd unless it gets abhorrent scathing reviews from everyone in existence. [I'm a sucker for near future sci-fi which this looks like]

The teaser for the Muppets was just released.  It does look good so far, even though the teaser has little to do with actual movie footage and more just being silly.  I'll watch it if anything because Segel would be good at giving the muppets a go: his Dracula musical in Forgetting Sarah Marshall is one of the best things about that movie.
