Samuel L. Jackson. The hardest working actor in showbiz? Probably so.

I have always appreciated Sammy L. Even if you don't like him, you have to at least admire his sheer work ethic. This man has appeared in over 100 films in his career. Although he appeared in a few movies before then, I count 1988 as his breakout year, the year of Coming To America and School Daze. Since that year, from 1988 to 2010, he has appeared in 96 movies. This means he averages just over 4 movies every year. Granted many of them are supporting roles, but damn that’s a lot of work. There are two years in which he appeared in 7 movies in a single year.

Do you think he looks at most other actors as lazy?

So, whether you like him or not, let’s give it up for the hardest working man in Hollywood: Samuel L. Jackson.
